see a ⏱️ countdown timer on the screen during the
activity.
🎤 During the
Activity:
- Pick
a topic card at random.
- You’ll
have 2 full minutes to speak about the topic—without
stopping!
- Use
helpful speaking strategies like:
- Filler
phrases: “That’s
a great question…”, “Well, let me think…”
- Linking
words: “First
of all…”, “Another point is…”, “On the other hand…”
- Adding
details: Describe
what you saw, felt, or experienced.

for a live, interactive classroom listening and repetition task. Read the
following phrases aloud with clear pronunciation and different intonations.
